Refund policy

Here at Naturally Collagen we aim to make you happy with every order you receive. Sometimes though, we know you may want to return items.

Please see below our UK & EU refund policy

We offer a refund for any unopened and unused product boxes, regardless of reason however the shipping charge is non-refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return, please use original packaging where you can. Naturally Collagen does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

Please retain proof of postage as if the return goes missing while on its way to us, we will not be able to offer a refund without this.

You must contact us within 28 days of receiving your order if you do wish to return products, this must be done BEFORE you send the product back. Failure to contact us prior to your return being sent will delay the return. We do not cover the return cost of shipping unless the product is faulty.

If you have purchased Naturally Collagen to be shipped Internationally, you are liable for any additional fees and customs charges once the parcel reaches the intended destination.

If you choose to return the product, there may be additional charges removed from the refund amount due. This is because of the high cost of returning the order back to the UK.

If you have purchased any products from our website and you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us urgently. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel, we will not be able to action this and you will therefore have to wait until the parcel has arrived in the destination country before we can action a refund, which could incur the additional charges mentioned above.
