For me this is the best collagen I have tried. It doesn't have the best taste but is edible. I find it easier to take than powders/tablets and I have noticed a difference in myself particularly in the rate that my nails grow. I think it has helped reduce hair fall as well. Just a note that I had a batch that expires Aug 2026 that I must have accidentally put to the back of my cupbpard as I opened the pack last week (1st June 2026) and they tasted awful! My advice is don't let them get close to expiry.

Don’t like the outer layer of paint on the packaging. I drink the collagen solution and it scrapes off. I have used a different collagen previously, (more expensive) so the packaging may be due to cost which is then understand. Tastes fine.
