The promise

If you have followed the course and you are still not happy with your results, send your empty sachets back to our UK team and we will refund the price you paid for that course.

How to qualify (the fair try)

• Take one sachet a day for the full 12-week course.
• The guarantee applies once you have completed the 12 weeks, not partway through.

How to claim (one simple step)

• Email our UK team at hello@naturallycollagen.co.uk within 14 days of finishing your 12-week course, with your order number.
• Post your empty sachets back to us at Drummond Place 5, Twickenham, TW1 1JN, United Kingdom. They are your proof that you gave the full course a fair try.
• That is all. No forms, and no photos.

What you get back

• A refund of what you paid for your first 12 weeks of Naturally Collagen (your first course).
• Delivery charges, where they applied, are not refunded.

What it does not cover

• Repeat orders or renewals after your first course.
• Gifts, bulk, wholesale, or marketplace purchases (such as Amazon).
• Claims made outside the 14-day window.
• Product that was not taken as directed.

Your statutory rights

This results guarantee is a goodwill promise we choose to offer. It is separate from, and in addition to, your standard 30-day right to return unopened product and your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.
